The “Electricity Market Law “No. 4628, the “Natural Gas Market Law” No. 4646, the “Oil Market Law” No. 5015 and the “Liquefied Petroleum Gas Law” No. 5307 are the main laws that constitute the energy law.
However, an interdisciplinary approach is required in the resolution of legal disputes that occur in the investments and business processes in which these laws find application especially processes related to environmental impact assessment issues.
In addition, there is a need for competent legal services in branches of law such as Administrative Law, Criminal Law, Law of Obligations, Commercial Law, International Commercial Law and Competition Law.
