For this purpose, it is necessary to analyze the issues associated with the contract during the arrangement phase which requires legal conduct and technical work.
In this context, construction contracts, lease contracts, sales contracts, supply contracts, employment contracts, transportation contracts and agreements concerning international law should be created, revised and negotiated within the scope of the legislation (e.g.Turkish Code of Obligations, Consumer Protection Law, Turkish Commercial Code, Collateral Law, Personal Data Protection Law) to ensure that they are capable of responding to the needs.
