BERBERER LAW AND CONSULTING OFFICE was founded by lawyer Halil Murat Berberer.
Halil graduated from Kuleli Military High School attended Military Academy in 1993. Halil graduated from Military Academy with a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering.
Halil received his bachelor’s degree in law in 2002. Halil got his first LLM in public law from Çağ University.
Halil received his second LLM in international law at the Judge Advocate General’s School and Legal Research Center in the United States.
In addition to social sciences, he received his MS degree, modeling and simulation, Informatics Institute of the Middle East Technical University.
Halil served in various positions as a military judge and military prosecutor in public service.
Halil has diverse background in information technologies –modelling and simulation-, systems engineering, project management and law. He has a change management experience in logistics, IT and business processes. Halil has also a deep knowledge and experience in judicial procedures due to his previous occupation was being a judge, prosecutor and a legal adviser in the public service. He has a specialty on international human rights and international humanitarian law.
